Despite what Carol wrote about the weather in Indiana, here in Chicago, the winter fat lady has yet to even appear on stage. You should have stayed on in Florida a bit longer. Yes, on Saturday when we went down to McCormick Place for the dog show, there had been significant meltage, but it snowed again on Monday & temperatures stubbornly refuse to return to above freezing. :^(
Carolyn: I feel like you are leaving me too. Which is the strange thing about virtual friendships...
I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing "my Florida" through your eyes. I should have had you do my "where in the gardening world are you?" for Jodi @ Bloomingwriter since I can't seem to get to it. LOL
Have a safe and fun trip home. I look forward to watching your Chicago spring unfold with bright colors and lots of gardening design. God bless you as you go.
Hi Carol I just found your blog through blotanical, great job. I am a Florida boy that loves palm trees and do not know anything about the cold. The west coast is very beautiful.

ReplyDeleteI am sad that you have to return to the cold, but maybe it won't be for long. The weekend forecast is for temps in the 50s.
