Monday's Child is fair of face .
Lea, our first grandchild, debuted today, November 17 at 8.6 lbs and 22 inches. We are all exhausted after a full day of work. I was in the delivery room when she made her appearance and I had the honor of cutting the cord.
Welcome to the world, baby girl.
Welcome to the world, baby girl.
Congratulations, Carolyn! She is an absolute doll!
ReplyDeleteHi Carolyn! Congratulations! What a sweet little granddaughter you have there! You are in for some fun times and lots of cuddles! I just love being a grandma to my one grandchild, who, at 10 months old, is crawling, pulling himself up on things, and of course grabbing anything in reach.
ReplyDeleteAwe...she is sweet! Congratulations grandma...that is wonderful news! Jan
ReplyDeleteYou must be over the moon! Congratulations :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations...I can't think of any thing nicer to happen to a Mother with grown up children! You are going to have such a wonderfully good time. gail

ReplyDeleteOhmygoodness! You were able to bond with this beautiful child sooner than the rest of us grandmothers! I'm sure you're still walking on clouds. :-) Hope mother and daughter are both doing well.

ReplyDeleteCongratulations. She looks like she is very thoughtful already.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! I see she put on some pink lipstick for the occasion :)
ReplyDeleteThank you all. Lea Saoirse ( say "Seersha " Irish for independent woman ! ) is a great little girl -sleeps and eats very well. She's a real knockout -1/4 Korean, 1/2 Irish and English and at 22 inches long she's gonna be a tall one.
