GARDEN BLOGGERS' MUSE DAY

Playing with Paintbrush
Can't believe I created this with a mouse!

You must wake and call me early Mother dear
Tomorrow will be the happiest time of the year, of all the glad new year
Of all the glad new year, Mother, the maddest, merriest day
For I'm to be the Queen o' the May, Mother,
I'm to be the Queen o' the May
-Alfred Lord Tennyson

And in honor of her Majesty's birthday she has selected the King of the May, born on the very same day, to honor her with his beautiful new song.  Happy Birthday to me and to King Tim :-)  Happy Muse Day and Happy May Day.

  1. Happy Birthday, Carolyn! You are indeed the May Queen, and I don't think you could have picked a better King:) The Paintbrush painting is amazing.

Happy Muse Day as well! My post is up this morning, too.

  8. There are still a few hours left to wish you a Happy Day, Queen Carolyn - and I've made a post, just under the wire (was out with the Divas of the Dirt all day).
