GARDEN BLOGGERS' MUSE DAY

Then sing, young hearts
that are full of cheer,
with never a thought of sorrow;
The old goes out, but the glad New Year
comes merrily in tomorrow.

  2. Happy New Year! I got my act together this month with an on-time post for Muse Day. I find it hard to be merry on New Year's Day - I need my sleep! This year, for the 1st time we're letting our 9-yr-old son stay up til Midnight. Cheers!

    I'll have to take a nap if I want to stay up til midnight.

  4. Hi Carolyn Gail,

    Not much happening in my garden today, just LOTS of snow. But hey, it's winter and I DO live in Ontario. ;-)

    Although winter arrived officially on December 22 this year, I've waited till to day to post a poem to acknowledge it.

    Happy New Year!

  8. Oh! I forgot about Muse day! I'll blame it on staying up w/ the 12 year old !! Fuzzy headedness prevails around here, anyway. Happy New Year to you!
